STEEL STRAP
Cyklop distribute a complete range of Australian made and imported steel strap for applications involving economical hand tools to fully automatic strapping stations. Strapping is painted for ease of identification and a surface film of wax is applied to reduce corrosion and friction during tensioning. For handling safety the strapping edge is smooth. Strapping coils are available in two methods of winding:

ROPE WOUND Economical oscillated wraps produce a coil with an inside diameter of 406mm, outside diameter of 570mm and width of 70mm weighing approx’ 50kg. A standard skid is 10 coils (approx 500kg), or coils can be ordered individually as required.

RIBBON WOUND Portable ribbon wound coils are produced with an inside diameter of 160mm, outside diameter of 380mm and width the same as the strap itself weighing approx’ 15kg. A standard skid is approx 500kg, or coils can be ordered individually as required.

HIGH TENSILE
Manufactured for heavy duty applications. A medium carbon heat treated steel featuring high strength & good ductility.
